All bookings cancelled by Hello Hot Tubs through no fault of the customer will receive their deposit back in full within 3 working days. Bookings cancelled by customers are not eligible for a refund on their deposit, but will be refunded any other payments made within 3 working days.
Hello Hot Tubs promises to arrive for deliveries by 10:30am on the first day of your booking. In the event of no extenuating circumstances, customers are eligible for a £10 refund up to 12:30pm and a £30 refund thereafter. Extenuating circumstances will be dealt with at the discretion of Hello Hot Tubs
No refunds will be given and full payment will be taken if there is no mains power supply within 7 metre of where you require the tub to be sited. It is the customers responsibility to check before booking
Customers are not eligible for a full refund once they have used the product for any length of time. Any issues or concerns need to be made to a member of Hello Hot Tubs staff and resolved before using the product. Once used, part-refunds may apply and are at the discretion of Hello Hot Tubs.
In the event of any problems, the delivery driver or firstname.lastname@example.org must be made aware of it immediately. Failure to do so voids any claim to refunds.
Refunds will not be given for errors E02, E04 and E08. Instructions detailing how to fix these errors in less than a minute are detailed in the emails sent prior to the start of the booking. Note: filters are designed to last one day with reasonable use and Hello Hot Tubs cannot be held responsible for dirty water.
Any problems affecting multiple-night bookings will be dealt with on a 'per night' basis. For example, if the problem has affected one night of a 3-night booking then a refund of 1/3 of the booking fee will be applied.

The date of the first day of the booking
The specific problem that was not able to be resolved following contact with Hello Hot Tubs
Following this, staff will be consulted to cross reference details and you will be contacted within 5 working days.
