Frequently asked questions

**PLEASE NOTE WE DO NOT HIRE TO AIRBNB PRoPERTIES**

1. How do you get power and water?

We have fittings to connect to most water supplies. We will require a mains power point within 7 metres from the tubs location. All power sockets will be checked with a safety plug prior to us connecting to it. To ensure your safety extension leads are not permitted. Customers are not permitted to relocate the power cables following installation.

2. HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN FIT IN A TUB?

Our larger tubs comfortably fit up to 6 adults, whereas the smaller tubs fit up to 4 adults.

3. WHAT DO YOU DO WITH THE WATER AFTERWARDS?

We're armed with industry strength water removal pumps, meaning we can quickly pump water into any drain or manhole within 10 metres.

4. CAN THE TUBS FIT THROUGH MY SMALL DOORWAY?

Luckily they are inflatable, meaning we can fit them through pretty much any doorway or alleyway.

5. CAN I USE THE TUB INDOORS?

No, our tubs are for outdoor use only.

6. WILL THE TUBS FIT IN MY SMALL GARDEN?

The tubs are 2 metres in diameter - meaning they fit in pretty much any space!

7. DOES THE TUB STAY WARM OVER WINTER?

We set up the day before hire to allow plenty of time for the water to heat up. The temperature will drop as soon as you start to use them, especially with prolonged use of the spa (bubble) feature. We recommend a fully enclosed gazebo with any winter hires. If your tub does get a little chilly, you can top up with hot water direct from your hot tap.

8. Does it come with a gazebo?

Our packages (Girls Night In and Kids Mocktail Party) include a gazebo. Our Tub Only bookings do not come with a gazebo as standard, however they can be added to your booking at checkout.

Note - Gazebo hire is subject to weather conditions and can only be used on a grass surface to ensure they can be safely secured.

9. CAN I HIRE THE TUB FOR MORE THAN THREE DAYS?

Currently, bookings can only be made for up to 3 days. For a longer duration, please contact us and we’ll do our best to accommodate this.

10. How far from my house can i have the tub?

Ideally, the tub should be on a flat, grassed or paved area. The tub must be within 7 meters of a mains electricity supply. To ensure your safety, extension leads are not permitted. Customers are not permitted to relocate the power cables following installation.

Note - the tubs needs to be connected to a power supply from set up until collection and should not be turned off at any point.

11. Will the weather affect my booking?

We operate all year round and our equipment is designed to stay out in all weathers. When high winds are forecast, we may be unable to deliver your gazebo, as planned. We will deliver the tub as normal (on the day before hire) and, if the weather permits, we will aim to return the following day to set up your gazebo. If it is not possible for us to safely set up your gazebo, we will of course refund the price of the gazebo booking, or move your booking to an alternative date.

12. what IF Your Equiptment gets damaged?

You are responsible for all the equipment from set up to collection.

To avoid damage, please avoid: trapping electric cables in windows/doors, standing/sitting on the filter housing, using sharp objects in/around the tub, allowing cats near the tubs (as they can often puncture the inner lining) and dropping the battery operated accessories into the water (e.g. lights and speakers). Ensure the lid is fastened at all times when the tub is not in use.
